Along the way, Gregg discovers that there can be up to 20 different teas in a tea bag and that the recipe for the blend is altered every day, measured against a standard created in 1978. Meanwhile, Cherry Healey discovers the secrets of the tea leaf in an African tea-processing plant. She learns that 40% of each leaf is made up of chemicals called polyphenols. Historian Ruth Goodman investigates tea adulteration. In the 19th century, there were eight separate factories in London which existed solely to dry and recolour used tea leaves.

Strictly stars Anton Du Beke and Giovanni Pernice's epic journey through Spain comes to an emotional end as they leave Madrid behind and head to the Basque region in the north of the county, where Anton used to visit his grandparent's village with his family as a small boy for the summer. First stop is San Sebastián. After sampling the local cheesecake, which Anton hasn't enjoyed since he was a child, the boys meet up with fellow Strictly star and Basque local Gorka Márquez for a whistlestop of tour of Gorka's homeland and its unique culture, taking in food such as the bite-sized Basque pintxo, the region's rural sports, herri kirola, and surfing before visiting Bilbao and the world-renowned Guggenheim Museum. For the final part of their journey, Anton and Giovanni are joined by Anton's wife Hannah, his twin son and daughter and a very special guest, Anton's mum Conchita, as they head back to Conchita's village, a place Anton hasn't seen in over 40 years, before returning to Bilbao for the city's biggest festival of the year.

Strictly Come Dancing stars Anton Du Beke and Giovanni Pernice's Sicilian road trip begins in the port town of Sciacca, as they explore the southern coast of this sun-kissed island, from its long-lost ancient cities to its breathtaking coastlines. Giovanni is introducing his good friend Anton to his beloved homeland of Sicily, and the boys need to hit the road. Their first stop is one of Sicily's greatest treasures, the Valley of the Temples, the remains of a huge Greek city, featuring some of the best examples of classical Greek architecture anywhere in the world. From there, they hit the beautiful white beaches of Porta Bianca before taking in some more history in Syracuse. Today, Syracuse is just a small provincial city, but over 2,700 years ago, it was one of the largest colonies in the ancient Greek world, and some of the original buildings remain inside the city's Archaeological Park. Next it's off to Marzamemi, a gorgeous seaside village that has been a fishing hub since the tenth century. Giovanni has arranged a day's fishing, but with a twist. Instead of fish, the boys are going to look for octopus. After a stop in Ortygia to participate in the Feast of the Assumption, the final stop on the first leg of Anton and Giovanni's tour of Sicily is the island's second city, Catania. This place is very significant to Giovanni, as he moved there aged 14 to further his dance career. The evening is taken up with a visit to Catania's annual tango festival, where the boys put on a showstopping performance to remember.
